I thought the service was great…until I discovered that the cigarette lighter which I use to plug in Garmin was non-operational. This was discovered at the point That I had gone passed the exit I needed to take and no directions were forth coming, in peak rafffic. What an inconvenience! I found someone to give me directions, but I was delayed by almost an hour. of the city I was visiting, no maps. Perhaps checking status of fuses when a customer is getting a major service or Trip Prep service, so this doesn’t happen to someone else.In addition, the antenna needed lubrication so that it quietly goes up and down would have been nice. Otherwise felt the service was great.
