I had called in for a 1:00 pm appointment the day before; however, I arrived at 11:30 am because of a cancelled dr’s appt. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted & I told the attendant I had an appt. for 1 o’clock, was it possible for them to do the oil change now or would I need to return at 1:00. I was told that they could do the oil change right then and proceeded to do so. I am very appreciative that I did not have to return for a second trip. The service I received was excellent. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the shop area and of the customer waiting area. Aaron personally greeted me by name and that made me feel good.I will return again because of their extra efforts to meet my needs.

Excellent work. Good follow-up. Not sure how to permanently fix the rear cab AC but I am working on it. I understand that what you did was a temporary fix. The same AC unit was fixed in 2009 by Fairway Ford. I will check with the experts at The Red Cross and PHH to see if anyone has had a similar problem. I have been coming to C&C for several years and I very much appreciate the kind, courteous service. I am well satisfied with your ability to solve any automobile problems I may have and to anticipate and inform me of future service which may be needed.
