First time dealing with C&C Automotive. Took a Tundra I purchased used in to have them go over it. Needed more than I thought, but they give detailed info on cost, parts, labor, and even let know you know what is a pressing issue vs not. Anyway, proceeded with all recommendations, picked it up and drove about 30 miles home, smooth as silk. Got on the dirt road and heard quite the clunking sound. Contacted them and the response was what you hope for but rarely get. Told me to leave it parked (not sure if safe to drive back), gave me the number for the towing service to pick it up, just like that that. Then called me to let me know it had just arrived and they were putting someone on it immediately. 2 hrs later called after the discovering the new strut they put they put in was defective from the supplier. They apologized profusely, even though it really was not their fault. They then contacted the supplier and demanded a part be there the following morning, replaced it, test drove the truck and called me to pick it up. No charge, apologized again (not necessary), and sent me on my way. C&C Automotive has very high reviews, and they showed me why. Great communication, ZERO hesitation in promptly addressing the issue that was no fault of their own, and overall just a cut above most of my other experiences. Use these people with confidence, I am already planning on taking my other vehicle to them. Also shout out to the wrecker driver, nice, professional.

The service is above and beyond here. I needed a whole engine replacement so I had the engine shipped there and they were able To have it switched out and working within just a few days for a reasonable price. I have had no issues with it It feels amazing to have my vehicle back. I will continue to keep bringing my vehicles there!
